Did you know Dry Brushing is essential for good health? And it only takes 3 minutes a day!
• Boosts circulation by pushing more blood to those areas.
• Aids with lymphatic drainage by speeding up the rate of blood pumping,
to help detoxify and remove toxins more quickly.
• Exfoliates dead skin and gets rid of dirt and oil. Increases cell turnover, unclogs
pores, brightens skin and makes skin more radiant and smooth.
• Plumps the skin and makes cellulite and appearance of sun damage less noticeable.
• Makes your moisturizer more effective.

Dry Brushing Method
• To dry-brush properly, first make sure your skin is completely dry.
• If using lymphatic essential oil blend, put 2-4 drops directly onto brush before beginning.
• Starting at your ankle, moving your brush over your skin in long, circular motions,
moving towards the heart, finishing at the chest, where the lymphatic system drains.
• Maintain a slightly firm pressure as you dry brush.
• Dry-brush right before a shower or bath, for 3 minutes each day.
• Use Motion & Flow Body Butter, to seal in your hard work.

Flow & Motion Lymphatic Essential Oil & Body Butter
I make a special whipped body butter and an essential oils a special blend for the
lymphatic system – cypress, marjoram, grapefruit, black pepper, peppermint, basil
and lavender. These can be used anywhere on the body, and is highly concentrated
so you only need a little. The body butter will not only give you soft skin, but it will
work to help the flow of your lymphatic system. Both butter and essential oil blend
can be applied to areas where your lymph nodes are located and where they drain:
Neck, under arms, armpits, breasts, upper chest, from armpits to lower ribs on both
sides and groin, and behind the knees. See free guide to dry body brushing from Cheeky Physique.

More you can do for the Lymphatic system
The lymphatic system does not have a pump like our heart, so we need to help it along by
movement, walking, moving our arms around, bouncing on a mini trampoline/rebounder
or exercise ball, dry brushing, alternating hot and cold water in the shower, deep breathing,
using pure essential oil plant extracts, special herbs and herbal teas, drinking lots of good
quality water (not tap), getting a lymph massage, stop wearing tight bras because they
contribute to fibrocystic breast tissue (I wear a loose fitting camisole), stop wearing
antiperspirants (switch to a natural deodorant) don’t use store bought cosmetic skin
care products, as most contain harmful chemicals.
